It's done, I did the
crossing of Iceland in snowkite, 200 km in 8 hours and an half, from the
south to the North...
It was very long!!
the first 50 km were super cool , then a strong and very strong wind to finish the 30th last km with 40 to 50 knots.
I'm
broken, I almost can't walk this morning but what unforgivable
experience, amazing lanscapes, and nearly
15 people with me
for the
security, guides, pilots, shooting's team, press and communication.
I would like to thank everybody who spent a long day in the coldness and wind, to make possible this adventure.

c'est fait, je viens de faire la première traversée de l'Islande en
snowkite, 200km en 8H30 du Sud au Nord,
ce fut long très long!! les 50
premiers kilomètres étaient super sympa, après vent fort à ultra fort,
pour finir
les 30 derniers kilomètres avec du 40 à 50 nœuds. Je suis
tout cassé, j'arrive quasiment plus à marcher
ce matin mais quelle
expérience inoubliable, des paysages magnifiques, prés de 15 personnes
avec moi pour
la sécu: guides, pilotes, équipe de tournage, presse et
communication.
Je tiens à remercier tout le monde, qui ont passé
une longue journée dans le froid et le vent, pour que cette
aventure
soit possible.
